I once had a barber at an unnamed salon chain mess my hair up real bad before I had to make a big speech for my company. I thought it was mangled but I called up Leticia for an emergency fix up and low and behold she completely fixed it up. I should have stuck with what was right. Thank you City Barber Shop!

I've always had my sister Carol cut my hair since she's one of the very few barbers that I know that can do a military style haircut. I have also known her to repair bad haircuts from other barbers because she has 26 years of experience in her trade, and has a special touch. She puts a lot of effort in her job and I'm not just saying that cause she's my sister and I love her!

It is extremely difficult to find A hair dresser you can trust. I hate trial and error. Your stuck with what you have. I took A chance with Carol and have been extremely thankful for her skills. I only go to her. She trims, layers, and dyes my hair also just the roots. she's professional, and very personel. i'm very happy with her abilities.
